About
Kay Streit, Developmental coach
I was drawn to this work because I lived it.
I came to this work because I lived it.
I spent years in technology and design leadership, where I was successful by most measures. I advanced, delivered results, took on larger responsibilities.
At some point I realized that while the career still worked, the structures that had organized my life no longer fit. It didn't show up as a crisis. It showed up as a steady kind of misalignment.
I didn't need another strategy. I needed to understand what I had adapted to, what I had been setting aside, and whether a different way of living was possible without dismantling everything I had built.
That process led me to the developmental and relational frameworks that continue to shape my work — Integral Coaching, NARM, and the research traditions behind how adults actually change.
I continue to study because this work demands it. Understanding how people change — and why they sometimes can't — remains one of the most important questions of my life.
I built this practice for people at a similar threshold: when the life that worked no longer does, and something that has been set aside for a long time begins to ask for attention.
My values
01
Attention
Meaningful change begins by seeing clearly what has been shaping your life.
02
Coherence
When your values, choices and lived experience align, direction becomes easier to trust.
03
Courage
Growth requires a willingness to question what has worked and stay present long enough for something new to emerge.
